Welcome to the Terms of Service for 4Ever Sea website and any associated services. This is an agreement (“Agreement”) between, 4Ever Sea, the owner of 4eversea.com (the“Site”), and you (“you”, “your” , “user(s)” or “client(s)”), a user of the site, software, and service.
Throughout this Agreement, the words “Underwater Lunatics” “us,” “we,” and “our,” refer to our company, Underwater Lunatics and our site, software, or any services, as is appropriate in the context of the use of the words. Your ability to submit or transmit any information to the site and service, including but not limited to text, photos, pictures, comments, designs, data, or videos will be referred to as “content” throughout this Agreement
By using our site, service or any software you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We may amend our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy and may notify you when we do so.
If you do not agree to the Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy please cease using our software, site and service immediately. Users of our service must be 18 or above. If you are under the age of 18 please stop using our site and service immediately.
Introduction
Underwater Lunatics has developed the site and which enables individuals to browse and book (the “Booking”) accommodation and diving and snorkeling services provided directly by 4Ever Sea & Underwater Lunatics, including dives or diving packages, guided tours, diving safaris, courses, and equipment rental (the “Services”).
By browsing, accessing and using the site and by using the Online Booking System, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Our Services
Underwater Lunatics acts solely between you and the Underwater Lunatics.
Bookings created will constitute a direct contract between you and Underwater Lunatics in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Booking, including but not limited to fees, costs, charges and taxes, and any cancellation or no-show charges (the “Cancellation Policy”).
Information displayed on the site is based on information provided by Underwater Lunatics.
4Ever Sea may ask customers to comment on all aspects of the services and may post such reviews on the site.
Prices
All rates and prices listed through the Site include the entire cost for all services mentioned, including but not limited to all surcharges, taxes.
Exchange Rates
You will be responsible for Exchange rate fees that might be charged by your bank.
Payment
All fees, costs, charges, and taxes with respect to services are payable to Underwater Lunatics in the currency indicated in the invoice. Once a user makes a booking, the booked service has to be paid in full to the bank account indicated on the invoice.
General conditions of sale
- Please note that all prices are subject to modification according to fuel increases, rate changes taxes, or to an unfavorable exchange rate.
- 4 Ever Sea is not responsible for late or canceled flights and shall not accept charges for any costs related to the delay.
- All participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The damage, loss, or oblivion of their personal items shall not give rise to any appeal against Underwater Lunatics.
- In case of breakage or damage to the boat, or equipment on the boat, the responsible person will be charged according to the value of the damaged equipment.
Payment terms
- 100% due at the moment of making the booking
Cancellation fees
- + 90 days before departure = 25 % of the total amount of the trip
- Between 89 and 30 days before departure = 50% of the total amount of the trip
- Between 29 and 15 days before departure = 100% of the total amount of the trip
Guaranteed departure
- Departures are confirmed with a minimum of 12 persons.
- If 30 days before departure, the boat doesn’t have the minimum required of participants, 4 Ever Sea and Underwater Lunatics are entitled to cancel the trip.
Refund
No refund shall be given in case of modification of the itinerary because of:
- the weather conditions
- emergency situation
- situation that could endanger the safety of the boat or the participants,
- measures by the Egyptian government or local authorities
The equipment rental (€)
The equipment rental is under the responsibility of the borrower. Damaged or missing equipment will be charged :

– pressure gauge: 120 – Stabilizing jacket : 250
– wetsuit 5 mm : 95 – belt : 10
– Mask 35 – fins 75
– computer: 350 – weigh 3/kg
– Analyzer O2 : 150
